The Cherry Blossoms in our nations Capitol are a sure sign that Spring is here. They are predicted to be in bloom between April 8th and April 12th when they should reach their peak. Colder than predicted weather in March could delay their bloom but let's March won't bring too many surprises. Here is an interesting fact: the latest the trees have ever bloomed was April 18th.
