Partners on a roll

Staff report, Daytona Beach News Journal

Senior associates Rachel McGrath and Debbie Keilin, who specialize in luxury property for Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, have been on a roll, selling 88 properties valued at more than $27 million over the past 18 months.

Most recently, the pair sold the South Peninsula Drive home of Robin Braig, former president of Daytona International Speedway. The Braig home, a Hacienda-style riverfront estate on a half-acre lot, was listed in September for $1.175 million and sold in November for $975,000.

Braig was referred to Stirling Sotheby's by NASCAR driver Mike Skinner, for whom the firm recently sold a luxury home and commercial hangar at Spruce Creek Fly-In.

Roger Soderstrom, owner of Stirling Sotheby's, said in a news release, "Working through our World Marketing Center, Rachel McGrath and Debbie Keilin have mastered the art of international luxury property sales and rank as two of the most dynamic associates among a staff of elite real estate professionals."

McGrath and Keilin joined Stirling Sotheby's International Realty in 2009 and have more than 20 years of real-estate sales experience.
